Cake Consultations are arranged in person during your free cake tasting or via telephone. 
They will be scheduled after we recieve a non-refundable payment of $50.00. These appointments are scheduled and we will not accept "WALK-INS".
Not Applicable for "RECESSION SPECIALS" as there is no "real" consultation for ordering these.
This fee will be credited towards the final price of your cake if you book with us.
Our tasting and consultations include everything you will need to begin your design process and the following guidelines will help make the consultation fun and productive for everyone:
1. Allow a minimum of one hour. I personally attend every consultation with your selected samples and my portfolios.
2. Do your research! Take a little time to think about what elements make your perfect cake. Take a look at our Photos, check other Web Sites and publications to get ideas for your perfect cake. I encourage you to bring this "DESIGN PACKAGE" along on the date of your Cake Consultation. "GOOGLE" is your best tool!
3. Bring EVERYONE! Anyone that matters in making this decission, because if they are not there during your Private Cake Consultation, it may delay important decisions that are needed to be made; Also, it's more fun when you can share this experience.
4. After you attend the GENERAL TASTING, usually held at David's Bridal in Coral Gables, on the first Sunday of the month ( Please Check the Calender) and schedule your consultation, Using your favorite flavors, The Chef can then make a more personalized combination of cake and filling for you, this is why we need to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
5. We will then cull all your favorite design elements to create your EDIBLE work of Art. We will use sketches, Electronic wedding cake design software, your ideas and colors to make sure your cake is absolutely perfect and what you would wish for.
5. Bring a form of payment, be it a checkbook or a credit card, just in case you need to book your cake as our company will only create a limited number of wedding cakes each week, and a 50% nonrefundable deposit will reserve your date. if your check is returned for any reason, you will be notified, and you will have 7 days ( weekends included ) to bring us an alternate form of payment or your cake will be taken off the calendar and we will persue the funds legally.
All Cakes booked during this Consultation need to be paid IN FULL, 15 days before the event! and no design elements will be changed 3 weeks before the date the cake is due; Any changes made during the 3 weeks before your cake is due will be charged as a whole NEW cake and put on the production schedule if time permits.
No exceptions!!!
