Carrot Cake *
This one comes fully loaded and spicy! Our secret blend of spices, pineapple, carrots, raisins, walnuts; this is the “Kitchen Sink” of our cakes as we leave nothing out. Make sure you are strong enough to carry this heavy baby out of the shop! Fully loaded is not recommended for wedding cakes
Spice Cake *
Not a cake for the little ones, this one is for the sophisticated palates this one is great with our cinnamon buttercream
Almond Cake
Since we only used PURE ALMOND EXTRACT and REAL ALMONDS in our Almond cake, please let us know about any NUT ALLERGIES you or your guests may have. We can substitute Imitation extract and eliminate the nuts!
Mocha Cake
This one is a rich blend of coffee and chocolate. The multi-layered intricacies of coffee flavor and the velvety smoothness of our sour cream chocolate cake made with a strong Cuban espresso that we brew in our shop.
Banana Cake *
A cake to go APE for, again…with our without walnuts; Made with real bananas. Our homemade cream cheese icing is an option on this one too!

Red Velvet Cake *
IT’S a cake that can stop traffic.
The layers are an improbable red that can vary from a fluorescent pink to a dark ruddy mahogany. The coloring becomes even more eye-catching set against clouds of snowy icing, like a slash of glossy lipstick framed by platinum blond curls.

Our classic Yellow or Almond cake baked and then filled with our own version of canolli filling using fresh RICOTTA CHEESE. This one has mini chocolate chips, just like a NYC Canolli and does require advance ordering
